01 When Can I Place My Order & How?

You can place your order any time between 5am-10:30pm, 7 days a week by booking online using our easy streamlined service or calling us on 0207 112 8306.

02 What Are Your Service Turn Around Times?

We offer a standard 48 hour day turn around time (Mon-Sun). In addition we offer a SAME DAY and NEXT DAY service too. View our time slots.

03 Can I Schedule A Same Day Pick Up?

Yes. View our time slots.

04 You don’t cover my address/area

If we don’t cover your area send us an e-mail or call us on 0207 112 8306. Ascots of London accommodates where it can. View the areas we cover.

05 I have different collection and delivery addresses

Ascots of London prides itself on its quality and convenience, your collection and delivery addresses can be the same or different.

06 What if I’m not home?

Our drivers will call you 30 minutes prior to collection or delivery to notify you they are on their way. You can arrange for us to collect and deliver to your concierge, porter or neighbour – just let us know. If you would like to reschedule, please notify our office prior at least 1 hour before your collection/delivery time. Should you not be available we charge a £5 missed fee.

07 Is there a minimum order?

No – Ascots of London values all of its customers and prides itself on its service.

08 I need to add more items to my order, what do I do?

Please notify the driver on your collection/delivery and we will adjust this for you. We aim to provide a hassle free service.

09 I am looking for a high quality service and I want my garments hand finished

Ascots of London has over 25 years’ experience in the dry cleaning industry our specialist teams have an eye for detail. Our garments are inspected prior to servicing and after to make sure all your garments are looked after. Our focus is on quality and convenience, and all our garments are hand finished.

10 - Do you offer a weekly service?

Yes we offer a weekly, bi weekly service and monthly service for all our Gold Membership clients. To become a Gold Member, please visit our gold members page.

11 – Do you offer a laundry service wash, dry and fold?

Yes we do. We also offer a weekly laundry service too.

12 - Is there a collection and delivery fee?

No – Ascots of London offers a free collection and delivery service.

13 - Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes we do – We service many companies through out London. From Investment Banks, Law firms, private members clubs to the largest fashion houses. To find out more please contact us directly or visit our clients and partners page.

14 – I need a discrete service as I or my client is a VIP/celebrity

Ascots of London prides itself on its quality and convenience but also its discrete service. All our employees are fully vetted by us, sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and operate in a full professional manner. We provide our service to many VIP’s/celebrities and rest assured your privacy is respected at all times.

15 – When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any point before the start of the allocated time slot you have chosen. There is no cancellation fee.

16 – I need to change my collection and delivery address

E-mail us at info@ascotsoflondon.co.ukor call our office to change this. Please notify us prior to your collection/delivery time slot.

17 – How do I pay?

Payment is only taken on DELIVERY of your items. You can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card via our mobile terminals. Should you wish to pay by card, please make our driver aware when your items are picked up from you (Not all our drivers carry terminals).

18 – Do you provide expense invoices?

Yes, we have many clients who require invoices to reclaim expenses.

19 – Can I set up an account?

Yes, we currently allow account set up whereby you will be invoiced on a monthly basis and can pay via internet banking or by card.

20 – Will you give me discount if I introduce other people to your service

Yes, we currently have a referral scheme where you will receive a 20% discount on your order if you refer someone to our business.
